Our School Day

Our School Day

The school day begins at 8:30am with the raising of the national flag and the singing of the National Anthem and the last curriculum period finishes by 3:30pm.  The timing of activities within the day varies depending on which phase the student is registered in.

In addition to a rigorous and challenging academic programme, TPIS runs a lively after-school Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) programme. The Co-Curricular Activities programme presents students with many opportunities to develop their skills and interests outside of the classroom, and is compulsory for Years 1-13. Activities take place after school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3:40pm – 4:30pm.

In addition to our after-school Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) programme, TPIS offers paid-for Extra Curricular Clubs (ECAs) on Wednesday, Friday after school and Saturday mornings led by internal and external providers. Extra Curricular Clubs are not compulsory, and all payments must be made to the finance office in advance of the start date of the relevant club.
